Our Windborn Church community will gather this Sunday (tomorrow, March 15) at our regular times!
We have taken several precautions in order for us to meet: We’ll continue to sanitize surfaces, we have hand sanitizer available and plenty of hand soap. We have also made thoughtful changes to how we will take communion and offering.
Part of our calling, as followers of Jesus, during such high times of anxiety, is to make sure our actions show love and sensibility (2 Timothy 1:7). We ask you to do the same:
- Only come to worship if you are feeling well and are not in a high risk category.
- Please consult with your health care professionals for any specific personal guidelines.
- It is okay in this season to greet each other with a smile and skip traditional hugs and handshakes.
- First service, at eight o’clock, has plenty of room for us all to spread out. If you’re able to attend the eight o’clock service, it would create additional room for second service participants to spread out as well.
This season requires creativity in order to love each other and our community well. I pray that the grace and the peace of Jesus will guard our hearts and minds (Philippians 4.7).
